Ingredients
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 200 g dark chocolate (70% up)
- 4 large eggs
- 100 g brown sugar
- 100 ml of Melosa
- 1/2 teaspoon (dessert type) of baking soda.
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 80 g of wheat flour
- 50 to 100 g walnuts or chocolate chips
Procedure:
- Preheat the stove to 350 °F.
- Prepare an aluminum mold and place waxed paper on it.
- In a glass bowl put the butter and chocolate, melt in the microwave on high power, about 45 seconds.
- Mix with a fork, add the brown sugar, the Melosa and the vanilla, incorporate completely, add one egg and stir until completely incorporated, do the same with another egg.
- Add the flour and bicarbonate, stir until incorporated. Add nuts or chocolate chips if you prefer, then mix.
- Pour into the prepared mold.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until it is still slightly damp and gently rebounds when touched.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
