Ingredients

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 25 ml of Melosa
  • 2 sprigs of coriander leaves
  • 3 tblsp olive oil
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 50 ml of soy sauce

Procedure

  1. Wash the salmon fillet well and then dry.
  2. Make 2 cuts in the fillet with a knife.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 3 hours.
  4. Preheat the stove to 200 degrees.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve with white rice, roasted potatoes or asparagus.
