Ingredients
- 250 g of pork fillet
- 60 ml of red wine
- 3 tblsp garlic powder
- 2 tblsp of paprika
- 35 ml of Melosa
Procedure
- Cut the pork in small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Leave marinating for 24 hours.
- Place the pork meat on sticks.
- Cook in the pan, in the oven or on the grill until well cooked.
