Ingredients

  • 250 g of pork fillet
  • 60 ml of red wine
  • 3 tblsp garlic powder
  • 2 tblsp of paprika
  • 35 ml of Melosa

Procedure

  1. Cut the pork in small pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Leave marinating for 24 hours.
  4. Place the pork meat on sticks.
  5. Cook in the pan, in the oven or on the grill until well cooked.
