Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts without skin cut into small pieces-
  • 3 tblsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tblsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 200 g of Melosa
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper

Procedure

  1. Marinate the chicken with the 2 cloves of garlic, the soy sauce and salt and pepper (to taste) for 1 hour and then place in the fridge.
  2. Stir-fry the marinated chicken in the olive oil.
  3. Add the vinegar, the Melosa and wait for it to reduce a little.
  4. Dissolve the 2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
