Ingredients
- 2 fresh salmon fillets
- 3 garlic cloves
- 25 ml of Melosa
- 2 sprigs of coriander leaves
- 3 tblsp olive oil
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 50 ml of soy sauce
Procedure
- Wash the salmon fillet well and then dry.
- Make 2 cuts in the fillet with a knife.
- Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 3 hours.
- Preheat the stove to 200 degrees.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with white rice, roasted potatoes or asparagus.
