Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts without skin cut into small pieces-
- 3 tblsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tblsp soy sauce
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 200 g of Melosa
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper
Procedure
- Marinate the chicken with the 2 cloves of garlic, the soy sauce and salt and pepper (to taste) for 1 hour and then place in the fridge.
- Stir-fry the marinated chicken in the olive oil.
- Add the vinegar, the Melosa and wait for it to reduce a little.
- Dissolve the 2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
