Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 40 g flour
- 1 tblsp of milk
- Melosa to taste
Procedure
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients until they form a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat
- Cook on both sides until lightly browned.
- Drizzle the Melosa.
